“Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise and long-term partnership, said Torrejón and Gábor.
“Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses. For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today.”
Last year, OpenBet completed its management buyout in a $450 million deal that saw CEO Jordan Levin and other senior executives take control over the platform business from Endeavor.
About Gladiator
“Three dice, three main bets and a result players can read from across the pit make the game learnable in a single round—an on-ramp for younger guests and for the many players who walk past a craps table because they don’t want to learn it in public,” the company stated.
Its primary deviation from street Cee-lo is that it doesn’t treat 1-2-3 as an automatic loss, or trips or a pair-plus-six as strong wins.
In the casino version, each hand is structured as Bank versus Shooter, with a tie bet available. When the shooter lands 4-5-6, the table yells one word—Headcrack!—and a skull-and-dice display lights up.
50 Cent Headcrack will be offered to commercial casino operators in both traditional and automated dice technology formats.
As of press time, no casino has publicly committed. That conversation, in all likelihood, will take place at G2E, where the real dice will roll.

Days after the US Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has sent a new rulemaking package on crypto markets for review to the White House.
The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) received the filing on September 17, which is titled “Regulation Crypto Asset Transactions and Regulation Crypto Asset Markets.” The proposal remains in the early stages, and the details are not yet public, as reported by The Block.
The move came shortly after the Senate declined to advance the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act. The procedural vote on September 15 rejected it with 49-50, not meeting the 60 votes required to move forward.
