understanding of strategy in the business context, this course focus on the
competition and cooperation aspect involved throughout the strategy process.
After going through the course, students should be able to understand how
companies formulate and implement competitive and cooperative strategies.
There would be a discussion on ideas from theoretical and empirical research on
the topic and how to apply these ideas to managerial decisions using case
studies of global and local firms and live experiences.
